We normally do it twice as fast when Kyoharu (Kyoriharu) is around. His Mirage missile does about 100~150 a poof. Anyways, enjoy our cheap tactics.

Very nice, but using trans and windmilling will eat more HP, letting you drain more HP from the Arc Lich.

Yeah, I usually do go into trans. I just assume I'd get owned as usual. Didn't happen as often when I decided to take this video.

Just to clarify, it'd let me drain HP more often, not drain more HP. (I already have over 400 outside but going over 1000 to lose 100hp a spin is nice~)

I would've thought barrier spikes > HP drain at this...

Barrier Spikes can only be used in Dungeons and Shadow missions. They're awesome for Peaca bosses, but Meetus doesn't qualify as a dungeon.
