Turns out if you talk to Marrec or w/e his name is to get the long hammer mastery book without only one slot open in your inventory...he gives you the hammer and the book just disappears. I've yet to find a way to get it back .-.

I doubt too many people are gonna run into this problem, but I figured I'd warn you.

Ouch that sucks. >.< I had no room for a book once, but Marrec said "come back when you organize your storage", so it didn't screw me. I guess that quest is bugged there. Should report.

I did, then I turned around and saw he had so graciously mailed it to me.

Now I feel dumb~

I find that the only time the NPCs tell you to return for an item is when the item is equipment. Anything else, whether Skill Books or other non-equipment items, they'll make you come back =x
