Current Skills:

Standing Endurance F
Combat Respiration F
Campfire F
Cloth Mastery F
Combat Mastery A (Unavailable)
Critical Hit D
Defense Mastery F
Agility Mastery F
Fishing F
Heavy Armor Mastery A (Maxed)
Intelligence Mastery F
Double Crescent F
Twin Spear Mastery F
Twin Sword Mastery D
Gliding Fury F
Fury Infusion F
Slip Dash Proficiency D
Nimble Dash F (Maxed)
Thousand Needle A (Unavailable)
Life Flare F
Light Armor F
Meditation F
Smash Mastery A (Unavailable)
Strength Mastery A (Maxed)
Willpower Mastery D

As you can see, I am going the sword path. Right now, I guess I'm trying to get as much damage as I can from my Thousand Needle skill, though I am running out of things to rank, so any suggestions?

Life Flare F
Willpower Mastery F

Hacks!

But seriously, Combat Respiration is always good, and you can never go wrong with Critical. Though if you're near Lv. 30, you might want to save as much AP as possible and rush Smash r9.

Oops, Willpower is rank D.
And I'm still half way through lvl 28, so I guess I'll go critical, then perhaps combat respiration.

Honestly I'd say you should Rank Combat Respiration to A before you do anything else as soon as it's available. The speed at which you recover stamina at rA is ridiculous compared to rF, to the point where starting a new character made me wonder how I could live without it xD

Agility Mastery and Life Flare to E might not be a bad investment either since it's only 30 points each for a large boost, in comparison to ranks after E.

And I can't say much in terms of the attack department since I'm a terrible Lann xD But if Gliding Fury is indeed a staple move for you guys >_> it might not be a bad idea to rank that either.

Standing Endurance F
Combat Respiration F
Critical Hit D
Agility Mastery F
Double Crescent F
Twin Sword Mastery D
Gliding Fury F
Slip Dash Proficiency D
Life Flare F
Light Armor F
Willpower Mastery D
My suggestion:
Get all the rF skills above to rE first.
Afterwards, max Combat Respiration.
Get Critical Hit to rA.
Then start working on Crescent and Fury.
After you're done with the two, work on Slip Dash Proficiency.

Rank Twin Sword and Armor Proficiencies when you need to equip higher level armors.

And it should be Celty, not Selty =/

Why rank everything to rE?

I would think he's telling you that because you often get a huge bonus from F to E. But honestly there are some things I'd leave at F, like Meditation, Cloth Mastery, Defense Mastery (not like you really need Stone Skin >_>;;), Intelligence, and the Twin Spear Skills (since you plan on staying the sword road till you're done with the sword skills). If anything, I'd say prioritize the skills you need to improve your combat since that's what you're going for.

Gliding Fury RE is a muuuuust, and then just raise Crit and maybe Will Mastery.
