Fury Infusion Ranking Abnormality?

It seems that Fury Infusion seems to go from F E D C B A and then 9, shouldn't there be a 6-8 in between before A-9? Either I'm right about the abnormality or the developers meant it to be like that?

It seems like you're misinterpreting the system. You seemed to have grasped the F to A portion, which similar to an academic grading system, where A is the highest and F is the lowest. The number portion is more like a ladder system, so rather than going from 1 to 9, it goes from 9 to 1, kinda like when you race. You'd rather be in 1st place, rather than 9th place.
