Find a cliff and roll off it.

I mysteriously got it without even going back to him...
Good thing too because I find it hard to loose HP, I'd have to go get beat up by chieftain.

You have to use 7 runes, not 7 heals. And if it doesn't give it to you then relog. I had to relog to fix it anyways...

I think relog is what made me get it. I used up 7 runes in a dungeon and then exited (we get 8, I had 0 left when I got out). The retard didn't want to give it to me but after I went on my fionna to transfer ergs and came back I had the skill mysteriously learned...
