Order: To Emuloch?

I just recently started playing Vindictus and I have a couple of question; Where can I get this Order: To Emuloch item? And how can you rank your skills higher than rB?

Do the battle quest for the mission

I believe for rA, you need to be lvl20+? and then r9 is 30+ and r8 is ~36 iirc ^^
For the Emuloch item, I don't have each boss : mission memorized so the only advice I can give is to look through each battle quest and see which one contains the "Defeat the _ Emuloch".
