I'm going to perform at this concert thingy that my school has i the spring.
I'm planning to be a solo guitar act (unless I can form a band by the spring lol).
So, what songs should I perform/learn for fun 'cuz I'm bored and I've got a day off school tomorrow?

Suggest awaaaay! :D
Also I can play some banjo if for some strange reason I need to do that.

Depends on the average age of the people going to the concert. If they're middle aged, then learn to play Stairway to Heaven, like any good guitarist should, if younger, or you want to wow the crowd, learn to play Through the Fire and Flames by Dragonforce. If you can play that song well, you'll be sure to impress.

Stairway, if by the rare chance that you don't know it:

Through the Fire and Flames:

Of course, it can help more if you tell us what genre of music you like. That would be able to help us, at least me, so much. D:

Or what type of guitar you're playing... :3

That's true too, Through the Fire and Flames doesn't quite have the same sound as it would if it's on an acoustic guitar.

Yeah, I probably should have made it clear that I'm doing acoustic stoofs.
Here is my list of songs as of now. It's definitely subject to change.

Everlong - The Foo Fighters
Cadmium Red - Ghost Ghost
Swamp Song - Sulek

Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) by Green Day is a pretty good acoustic song. Same with Stairway, which is a great song to learn, whether or not you're playing an acoustic or an electric guitar.

Generally anything by Josh Woodward (http://www.joshwoodward.com/) is great because it is acoustic.

Canon or Canon Rock.
Party in the USA(if you feel like annoying people)
Chrono Trigger 600 A.D. a.k.a. Wind Scene

These are probably the best videos I could find.

Oh lord. Umm, I can't do that. I have a deep voice. XP

Also, doesn't look like I'm doing Cadmium Red. Idk why. :P
Also, I'm going for a more rock/indie oriented thing.
What do you guys think of my current lineup? More suggestions?

Current List:
Everlong - The Foo Fighters
Swamp Song - Sulek

Thanx Guise! :D
