It's a link, not a picture visible on your signature that didn't even regard a warning; I'm pretty sure it is different. Regardless to your case, Moppy made a mistake; and Tibarn only posted this again because of that. I'm going to let this go with that discretion, but it's not allowed from here out.

If you were to post something with just the audio track my response may be different. The majority of staff are of the opinion that this, disclaimer or no, is taking it too far. It does not fall within our guidelines of "keeping it PG-13" and we have not tolerated such links in the past even WITH a disclaimer, nor will we start now. Moppy made a mistake by saying you could post this with a disclaimer - this is against the choices we've made in the past as part of a policy we're trying to uphold here. He should have consulted us and he didn't - but you shouldn't have tried again or pushed the issue any further after having it removed the first time. I apologize for the misinformation you've received and assure you, you are not being faulted for it (nor is he! mistakes happen!)

Such blatant imagery - regardless of how short - which has offended or disgusted our members to this degree is not acceptable even via a link with a disclaimer, sorry :/. And I say this as someone who has seen this before and is totally amused by it! However, it seems that most people here are not of the same opinion. Unfortunately most of these things are case-by-case, and this is why it's important for staff to debate together on what to do. Most of the time, the opinions are 50/50, but in this case, the disgust with this content is rather universal and so we have to act accordingly. Topic locked.
