It looks like at least the bottom half of the 2nd picture is from the shining Shining Will set. The top is very interesting though. It makes me wonder what the bottom of it looks like, as she clearly isn't wearing any pants in the fist picture (as Athde mentioned).

Well "ying" doesn't always have to mean English, it can also be used to mean hero or brave, which I assume is the purpose here. If it was "yingwen" or "yingyu" it would definitely mean English. Well, at least that's what Google Translate can tell me.

yeah. and to add to that. other words that use "ying" includes "jing ying" in chinese which means elite.
