Super Mario Crossover

This is my first game, and I have worked on it for over a year. It has been a long journey, but I think you will see that all of my effort has paid off. I have recreated the entire game of Super Mario Bros, but now you can play as different characters. Each character plays just like they do in their original games with a few modifications to make the experience better.

Super Mario Crossover is a flash recreation of the original Super Mario Bros. with a twist. You can choose to play as Mario, sure, but you can also play as five other classic gaming icons, complete with their weapons and special moves. Simon Belmont has his whip. When Bill eats a mushroom, he gains rapid-fire. Mega Man can slide, Link has his boomerang, and Samus can plant bombs in her ball form

This is some fun stuff
you get to play as link, samus, mario, simon, megaman or Bill.

Quite fun, favorite was Megaman. Too bad you can't kill shrooms with 1 Megabuster hit.

In order of video
Mega Man gets Rush Coil to jump over tall obstacles
Samus can now crouch and fire low (Zero suit samus!)
Simon Belmont now has double jump
Link now has up and down attack directions, sword plant ftw?
Bill from Contra gets no upgrades.... you can practically spam everything and win in mario

There's now 5 difficulty settings
where the enemies are adjusted from killable to invincible

Mario can now swim thanks to the cheats menu..
there's a cheat menu
back then there was no action replay, there's cheats!

Now here's the order of best character

Link< Samus < Mega Man < Mario < Simon Bellmont < ryu < Bill

Link and Simon didn't get anything this update then, since I could have sworn they already had those abilities in 1.0. And besides, didn't you already have a few threads on this game, and two on just this update, including this one?

Link did not have the ability to attack normally up or down with X/Z in 1.0 He could press the up/down button to attack up/down, but that's it.

Simon would always jump the full direction if he jumped. But now, he can change directions mid-jump instead of having to change directions by double jumping the other direction.
