Just a question about the Crystals needed to do the upgrade, does anyone know where they are found?

In Avon missions. Semi rare.

I did some looking around and figured out how to get it from Mabinogi Japan Wiki.
Including Avon Missions, You can get Blue or Red Stones from all Dungeon end treasure chests and Shadow Mission Chests.
