Question about Nexon Customer Support

If you had nexon change your email address before. How long did it take?

It would be odd if they actually did change the email. Seems kind of risky in terms of security.

They do..if you do a request and show them you can't access such an email address, they give you a link to a form to have your email address changed and will contact you once they check out the form.

My cousin has had his account locked for inactivity a few months ago, they asked him to fill out a email change form.
He did, they told him they needed more information, he gave them more information.

They closed his ticket and told him to fill out an email exchange form, again.

Expect to have to constantly try for at least a year and a half before they manage to get anything right, and then you will be banned upon entering the game for use of external web browser or something stupid.


But now being serious, my cousin still doesn't have his account back, and hes filled out at least 3 of the forms.

Actually i had a problem securing my old account ... Basically they told me they couldnt do anything and told me to contact the email provider to get it back UNFORTUNATELY the email i used was from my brothers service he had... and he stopped hosting it sooo.. its lost.. i asked to have it changed and.. yeah... nothing.. I added some other stuff and that... and they basically threatened me.. and said if I logged another ticket like it They would take measures.. basically blackmail.. >.>

They must like you then jking, at least there not wasting your time. my cousin has been trying to get them to give him a decent response for months now and they keep sending him in a loop of.

Hmm.. I should have writen the title of this thread "Question about Nexon's lack of Customer Support."

I tried changing it once, but they never ended up replying so I deleted the ticket after 3 months. :D
