Also, it's called Demigod. =P The specific skill for Demigod transformation is Awakening of Light. The Neamhain alignment skills are Fury of Light and Spear of Light. The Morrighan alignment skills are Rage of Wings and Eclipse of Wings. Both alignments get Shadow of Spirit.

Yes, Demigod has a factions element, but in G10 the only faction available is that of Neamhain, kinda like how Paladin was released before Dark Knight. Morrighan's faction isn't available 'til G12, and Shadow of Spirit is available in G11.

I don't believe the Morrighan/Neamhain choice has anything to do with "good vs. evil" -- from what little I've heard it's just "choose which goddess you wish to serve" which is kinda weird considering that I'm a Dark Knight and can choose to serve Morrighan...

In the Obtaining the Dark Knight Transformation quest, the armor states that Morrighan betrayed you (possibly because she left you to fight Cromm Cruiach yourself or that she lied to you about Tir Na Nog) and also believing that you want to seek revenge against her. Even if you become a Dark Knight, your loyalty to Morrighan shall remain.
