Login Error?

The login verification server seems to be broken. I can't log in with any accounts and the forum asked me to create a new forum id even though i already had one (and gives database error lol: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.AccountForumID' with unique index 'IX_AccountForumID'. The statement has been terminated.). Also the web login says some sort of error has occured.

I can't seem to log into the game nor the Website, it says my ID/PW do not exist. If I try to change the password it just says "Page can't be found."
Guess its a server thing then :P

I am sorry, there has been an error. Please try again after 10 minutes this message keeps appearing when i try to log in. even if i were to try log in a different account. Is the game under maintenance?
