Lost an item from a crash? Here's how to get it replaced.

Once a GM has responded to your ticket and checked that you have indeed lost your item, you will receive a stock version in your mailbox.

Also the fact that i bought a wooden needle ES*crash* and i get a enchant scroll with no enchants on it whatsoever.

epic. Yeah I lost a lilly accessory. Why even file a ticket.... I can get an accessory for 5k, that's all I'm going to get back :/ most true valuables are enchants/enchanted items and they don't return that.

Yeah :/ they dont return the valueable things really lol only fashion people get their rare dresses back and such.... but without color

I bet if Nexon logged ANYTHING even that would be fixed... I mean if they logged ANYTHING we wouldn't have as many packet editors...

I will laugh if the true reason Nexon cannot return enchants and colors to the owners for all users will be because it will be more paperwork for them.

Nope. I'm pretty sure they actually look into it. I've gotten items back and haven't gotten item back. You could get lucky but, I doubt it.

Also Ive lost stuff from crashes before and they sent me a 1 dura max version of my item back to me.

If that worked, for people with fake intentions, then the ticket system would probably be abused too much. Everyone would end up to start doing it too, and I bet items would even drop in price econimically. I could see how someone could easily do this with faking it closest to a recent crash or something..

But usually Nexon doesn't give you good enchanted items back, unlike the people who Fashionogi all throughout the game. At least they get their items back, but in odd colors. There have been no times that I experinced them give an actual color that I once had back. Just what about the people who worked hard for their enchants? And what about the people who just got given items by other people and didn't try for it? D:
