What is moe?

Someone invited me to their guild in Mabi and it roughly translates as "Group of moe"

I'm not too certain what moe means, even after reading the wikipedia entry :what: Anyone care to explain and also point out whether it's a positive/neutral/negative term?

No I don't really know either but its like cute to the extreme or something.

It's a term used for girls, really cute girls.

Another term used, that is for guys is Gar. It means badass or manly guys.
