Do you bother leveling up your pet?

What is the average level of your pets?

Do you rebirth your pets?

No, 20, and No.

I just buy them for transportation, looks, or inventory.
They're useful that way though.

I don't really bother to train my pets

I just use them for inv space, transportation, and meat shields

No.
There's really no point in rebirthing pets. They're not even that strong. I'd rather have both pets.

Do you bother leveling up your pet?
Many of them, yes. I have a bear, a cat, and a horse over level 50; they do a decent amount of damage. I have a herb pig that has 60 mana. (Thank you pet trainers who helped train some of them.) Lately I haven't since I don't have as much dedication as I used to.

What is the average level of your pets?
Not counting storage pets, 45? I aim for 50, and if I can't do 50, I try 30.

Do you rebirth your pets?
I do to a few of them. For example, one of my horses has all three magic bolts. I'm planning on rebirthing my imp into a clover gnu.

Yes, for only the first couple weeks. After that I get too bored grinding on mongooses and stop; that or I get too strong for them and other methods to level when as the pet doesn't cut it.
I tend to aim for 30 on my combat pets. Current highest is my Griffin at 39.
No; there really isn't any need and is IMO a waste of money. The only reason I'd do so is if I ever decide to raise something like a Clover Gnu so it can have r6 smash and counterattack for quicker leveling on mongooses. (I have raised an Antique Mimic; having no smash or counterattack is never fun.)

I seriously train any of my pets that I plan on using in combat like my Griffin, Tigers, Guardian Spider, etc. I'll train until I'm bored on anything else like my Mimic, Horses, and Herb Pets.

30 is the average level of all my pets. My Griffin being the highest at 39 and my Clover Pig being the lowest at lvl 17. Everything else is either 30 - 36.

The only time I've rebirthed my pets was when I rebirthed my Silver Fox into my Malamute and my Black Unicorn into my Griffin. Only because I wanted the magic skill ranks to pass on from the fox to the dog and the unicorn's Firebolt to my Griffin.

Honestly no, I only trained 1 pet, but it was worth it.

1) I level all of my pets. Even if I have no intention of using them for combat, stronger pets have stronger healing skills and a better mana pool for using them. Which is great when I need a pinch heal.
2) Most of my pets wind up 30-40. My husky and silver fox are above 45 (but were at least 40 before they stopped gaining stats). I recently outdid myself and got my Snow Tiger to 70 while it still gained stats from leveling. If I hadn't slacked off for a couple weeks early on, it could have been so, so much stronger.
3) I've never rebirthed a pet of mine, but I have been tempted for a couple of my first pets and a couple of my more recent ones. It might not be so bad to do a Bengal-->Imp--->Intended Pet sequence for my deer that I have not allowed to be born yet, or my dearest companion my silver fox. For my fox, I might even be tempted to add a werepet in that sequence for the added str from windmill. As it's my favorite pet and has come through for me many times, I kinda would like to see it be all it can be. If dragons come out, I will likely get one for immediate use, and then one of each for future use after a Bengal--->Imp sequence. Seems like a lot of work, but the promise of all of their available skills being rank 5 without the gamble of pet training kits, as well as a larger mana pool because of the imp shields makes it a rather nice prospect.

Yes, I tend to level them up at times, but it's almost practically automatic that I have a pet out in combat most of the time.

Level 40~60 on average of my mounts, and the rest are just around level 40. The exception is my Kangaroo Rat which is 62, as my highest leveled pet.

I don't rebirth my pets at all, because I think it's sort of wasteful of Nx seeing how much NX I always spend normally doing weekly rebirths, and it is not neccessary for me to, since I can work my way around it somehow.

Do minipets attract aggro?

Since they can't fight, it's obvious they can't get aggro.

So they're good for nothing?
:<

I did find a good use for them, 2 actually.

IMO, they're the best kind of pet to keep watch of your personal shop since they never go hungry. To me, it's annoying when a regular pet keeps watch for a good couple hours and the system spams my chat log with the pet's hunger status every other minute.
Since you can log in as them and they only go by their species name, they're the closest you're going to get to playing anonymous with chatting in Mabinogi.

If you want a mini pet for these reasons or for the fun of it, get a permanent one. 1k NX for a 30-day rent seems like a rip-off.
