How do you make your sandwich?

Bread, large mountains of meat, lettuce, dill pickles, mustard, more bread.

1:toast bread
2:grab ranch dressing, spread a little on the toast
3:grab mustard, repeat
4:put any type of cheese
5:any type of sliced ham/turkey
6:lettuce + tomatos + alfalfa sprouts

not really ultimate but id have that every time

Just some good cheese -which one exactly is irrelevant-, perhaps some nice prosciutto or Gravlaks, tomatos, pickled cucumber, iceberg lettuce, oregano, basil, cumin, and that's it.

Two slices of whole wheat bread.

Lots of swiss cheese.

A fruckload ton of ham.

Tomatoes.

Lettuce.

Jalapeños.

Onions.

Mustard.
