Friends list wont load + can't note people

i've left this on for over an hour once just to see if my pc was lagging
and this is what I got


here's what I've tried

-web launch
-direct client launch
-remove mod
-reinstall
-restart pc
-more reinstalling
-logging in and out several times @ nexon.net
-reinstall

-reinstall

not only can I not see who is online
I can't send notes either
I'm getting irritated because I need to note a seller

It's a connection problem, likely either on your ISP's end or on Nexon's end. You've tried all the reasonable approaches that I can think of.. I think it will be resolved on its own.

Ah, this used to happen to me. You can't talk in guild chat either, i'm guessing. It pretty much stopped when i got a new laptop, dunno why because my connection hasn't changed, but try that if it's not outrageous.

This always happened on my old computer. It's a connection issue. Possibly caused by lag.
To fix it, relogging worked fine for me.

Happens almost every time I get on. As MS said above, I just relog and it is fixed right away.
