It was disguised as a "hey everyone go to the new area" type of event, but honestly they could easily make it a yearly thing since y'know...festivals are pretty common annual events in many places.

Good question though, now I'll be wondering too. :S

You can still get them. Most come from exploration/karu weekend rewards.

Im talking about some new dress ups, like the how they sold like two years ago. But maybe after they got rid of them free nao res, it wasnt worth it. Would of been nice if dressup Nao appear in Generation Story, b-day, rb, etc... instead of when you use them nao stones.

Wood boards. <3

I actually like that Festival for the boards and ego food, so I'm glad to hear people say it's coming back.

The event ruined Handicraft, so many scrubs started doing it, so many people with an epeen about it who DIDN'T do it normally, they get annoying as hell QQ

How do you epeen about handi?
The only 'hard' part about ranking it normally is finding a smith to make iron bars for you.

The irony of this statement is that anyone stroking their epeen around handicraft is probably sadder than the typical person stroking their epeen. Handi is probably the least expensive, least time-consuming, and least AP-consuming of all the production-based life skills. Including Refine. I chuckle at the idea that a skill where origami counts as training could possibly be ruined by anything.

Origami can only get you so far in the skill.

Origami can only get you so far in the skill.

And chopping trees and punching signs in Dunbarton square while picking herbs just south of it can take you all the way to rank 9. Somehow the point you're making seems lost. The point I'm making, however, is that there is no easier life skill than Handicraft. Except possibly Herbalism until you have to pluck white herbs and up.

It's fine and dandy till R9.
Then you're needing hundreds of wood boards.
While newfags (Excuse the term) just get hundreds from the event in a few days.
Also, R6 Tailor is far easier than R6 Handicraft. So you must be smoking something.

If people cared enough about handicraft that they get annoyed when people buy the boards, then the should buy them or work for them too. I'm definitely going to try hoarding some so that I can at least spam life skills potion, or maybe even wait for another double-rainbow. While everyone lags, I'll handicraft. 8D
