Game stops completely after hackshield.

So the hackshield logo pops up, then pretty much what happens is it disappears, then nothing happens, tried re-install several times, and yeah, nothing seems to work :/

Have you tried closing the processes via Task Manager and starting the game again? It happens to me occasionally.

It's THE GAME STOPS.

This has happened to me, usually after I patch. I found restarting my computer works.

hmm.. figured out that deleting some .txt file in en-US did the trick, but now when i run the game, and the launcher comes up to install (first time running, this is for a friend to get into the game) it started then says an error occured on engine.dll, so i uploaded my engine.dll, that didnt work for him, not im just gonna copy my entire vindictus folder over to a USB for him, hopefully that works.. :)
