I haven't gone on my mule recently, and now Nexon deactivated the account for it.
All I know is that it's an account created by my sister a long time ago, and she gave it to me for my personal use.

Now that I don't know what her email was at the time (it was 3 years ago), I can't reactivate my account.

What should i do? Help please :gloom2:

Log in > Charge Account > Charge Online (Just scroll down) > Click 10k NX (5k NX doesn't work) > Click PayByCash > Make sure Ultimate Game Card is checked off > Hit Continue > Then you should see your email under "Enter your Adress Info"

Doesn't work since trying to log in takes me right to the page where it says "you need to reactivate your account"

When it sends the email it gives you a hint, like x_____@whatever.com
Did you get that far? It might refresh your memory.

You can try the option about not having access to the email... but even there it asks what the email is, which is quite stupid.

I was in the same situation, but lucky for me I use my own mail server, so I just tricked nexon into sending it to me anyways.

I had the same problem except in my case the hint did trigger my memory... turns out it was a gmail account I hadn't logged into for over 3 years <_>.

If yours is gmail too, you can try using their recovery email service where they send the details of any gmail accounts associated with another email address you put down previously (probably your main address). Hopefully your webmail provider has a similar kind of service.
