He is Heavy Weapons Guy. I put him in Vindictus for a laugh. Too late for April Fools', though. Please forgive the ugly compression. YouTube hates my videos.

The mod still has a few issues, but I'm lazy to fix them.
Wanted to get it all out of the way so I can focus on enjoying Portal 2!
