You know how i was b*tching about my internet a few months back? Well now my internet only works between 12 at night and 6 in the morning and that's if I'm lucky, my internet occasionally works for 5 minutes during the day at random times, some times i only get 4 hours at night,

I've b*tched to telus, I'm getting a new modem in a week or two, if this does not clear anything up I'm marching down there and driving my foot so far up that company ass they will taste it. Currently paying close to 50 dollars a month for high speed i can't even use and only working at such retarded ass times that i can rarely get on it.

I'm extremely f*cking pissed at this it's been like this for over a month and all i get is " we're working on it" when i call them up, Since this is the only internet provider around I'm kind of stuck with them.

I'm using charter. The minimum package is 80 dollars for 5Mbps because they hold a monopoly in this area.

Their internet cuts off every 15 minutes for 30 seconds.
Their internet cuts off every other hour for 5 minutes.
Not a strict schedule, but its about how often it happens.

We call them and complain, but they say its not their fault. They've blamed the: router, modem, cable, modem, modem, router, cords, and some other nonsense. They've swapped it out each time, only to get nothing done. And each time they would sneak an attempt to charge us a service fee and hardware fee. At one point when they thought the cable was the problem they said it would cost like 800 dollars to fix it.

They charged a 250 dollar modem installation fee. I was like "are you ****ing kidding me, give me the damn thing and I'll install it myself".

After enough complaining they bumped us up to 10Mbps for free, for two months. Thats about to run out. Charter here is notorious for this. All my friends have something to complain about it.

Well after testing it with a friends modem it turns out it is the modem,....hope the new one i get fixes this.
