What you got was a warning, not an infraction, and it expired long ago. The card with the reason stays there forever, so moderators can review past warnings / infractions.

You're not quite as badass as you think :P

Reason why it's permanent is so that when you accumulate a certain number of infractions, you'll get banned from it, since collecting enough infractions to warrant a ban just goes to show that you're a troublemaker on the site. So you can accumulate one infraction a month, never collecting a ton of points at any one time, but eventually retribution will find it's way to you when you suddenly can't log in anymore.

But as for the question, it's either 5 (breaking marketplace rules), 10 (spamming/backseat moderating), 15 (inappropriate content: excessive swearing/generally mature material outside of Rua's House), 30 (repeated minor offenses [necroing, doubleposting, etc]/disobeying a staff member/flaming) or 60 (posting porn and overly grotesque gore for this site) days, as well as one other one that never expires, but is only used in one scenario, so you won't have to worry about that.

But you got an autoban after 3 infractions, regardless of the offense.
