View Full Version : Cannot log into characters, and lost premium service w/ 2 weeks left

I have been trying to log into my account for the last half hour. I allows me to get to the screen with my characters but will not let me log as any of them. When I try it makes a bunch of beeping sounds and says server cannot be reached. Additionally, My premium service has been canceled with over 2 weeks remaining and I am a guild leader....
Also when I got to the customer support screen for nexon.net it says:
Insufficient Account Information
Invalid Querystring!
So now I cant access the ticket system, what should I do?

There've been a lot of problems after the most recent maintenance. Wait it out until tomorrow, and if there are still problems, try filing a ticket using another account.

If you try different channels then you might be able to login.
..might.
Ch1 didn't work for me. I also lost 7 rb cards and service.

I lost 3 rebirth cards...
I'm also a guild leader, service poofed, but we can open our guild home page and I guess service is still there @@
(guild stone is also there)
and now my character's stuck in hch cause I didn't know it was buggy too QQ
Well, there has never been a time when Nexon didn't fix a problem like this. They just take a long time, sometimes.

Thank you all for the advice. I'll just wait till later to try the different channels (at school now), and if it doesn't work I'll have to make another account.

Well, there is a maintenance soon though. Just try it again after the maintenance. The last time this happened, Nexon got it fixed after a unscheduled maintenance.
