Additional staff changes

Moderators
With 2 new admins coming in to replace Arsik and Falsetto, I decided to bring on 3 new moderators to help out. Activity will probably also increase over the summer break so I think we could certainly use their help.

For now they will be assigned as regular moderators to specific sections, and might be moved on to super moderators if the need arises.

The new mods are:
Skye - In charge of the Mabination section which includes the section for nexon news, website discussions and all that, as well as the mabination community section.

Time - In charge of the mabination community section along with Skye.

TA - In charge of the vindictus section.

Event Group
I've removed the event group, since it hasn't really gone as we would have liked. We get more interesting events coming from outside the event group anyways, so from now on we'll leave the events up to the community. Anyone can plan events, and if you need help from staff don't be shy to ask. This website was made especially for the community with no other purpose to it, so it's up to you guys to make it awesome.

That doesn't mean staff won't be doing events, but I no longer want events to be seen as a staff job. Anyone can and should run events if they have one they want to do.
