Ok, I don't want this to be biased, so they are fighting under three different conditions


A: Each have chance to gather information before final battle, can use whatever they have in their arsenals.


B: Immediate battle with no recon time, can only use what they use most, Ironman suit, Batman utility belt...

C: Can call for teammate to help, aka, Justice League vs Avengers.

Iron man hands down, bat man might be good but he is squishy. he can only take so many hits.

But if you drag super man into this, batman wins, but that's all because of someone else.

Then that doesn't make the whole fight just about Ironman and Batman. You're talking about the whole DC universe. There's so many angles and information to tackle this, we could debate for years.

These debates usually go nowhere, especially with Marvel and DC characters, since there's so many incarnations of the same character, and some of them have gained millions of power levels and killed gods, etc.

They've cured a man of AIDS via bone marrow transplant already. I'm confident that both Wayne Enterprises and Stark Industries would be more than capable of this.

My bet is on Iron Man. Repulsors are just too OP
