Someone in my guild told me that they didn't get an exploration cap quest when they reached level 5 exploration, and it didn't tell them to.

Guess I'm asking if Nexon implemented the whole "Do an exploration cap quest once and you don't have to do it again" thing, or if my guildie is just crazy.

Yeah, I tried it and I got a quest, but I haven't done any cap quests since the last "update" so I wouldn't know.

Well, I went and got a quest. Maybe next time I will not need it? I can confirm or infirm this Starting from saturday, but it could be nice if someone could do it beofre me, as I want to know too :D

I have the level 15 cap quest, and wasn't able to level to 16 off Red Dragon sketches.

But, I was already level 15 before the maintenance, so I don't know if that counts.

Why bother checking with foreign servers. We're asking if we got them.

Just like how we didn't get some things (fashionable clothing in NPC stores), and did get other things (fishing in Lake Neagh, Shadow Misson nerf, Service revamp), not at the same time as other servers.

The question is, "did it change for us?"

He probably just doesn't know that he has to manually get it from the quest board after finishing the quest for the first time.

That's the question I'm asking. They may have made it so that we have to do the quest once AFTER the maintenance, THEN not have to do it any more. I can check myself on Sunday, just wondering if it's been confirmed by anyone yet.

I clearly remember searching for an exploration cap quest on the board (not my first time) and freaking out that it's not there, but in reality i skimmed over it a million times. :) Perhaps that is what he did?
You get the quest delivered to you when it's your first time. Otherwise you have to get it from the board. But since that is not the case...i'll have to test the theory when the maintenance is over.

We got Emain, Bangor, r1 combat skills/lifeskills/magic, G8, G9, Shadow Missions, Tara Castle, uncapped skills, and lots of other stuff. Exploration uncap is similar to all those. NA Nexon don't change "inner" gameplay features by themselves very often, and tend to follow others. It is like saying that the demigod transformation won't be release in NA Mabi.

Fashion items is more customizable, and not really included in that part of the game play. Other foreign servers have different stuff for their fashion as well, but all of them have the same "inner" stuff. (Shadow Missions, r1 skills, certain towns, etc.)

Cap Quests aren't an "inner" thing. Exploration in general may be, just like Shadow Missions in general, and areas in general are.
However, Mission experience, Exploration cap quests, and lesser details which aren't actual content don't have to adhere to a strict timeline.
Another example, is that the Taming requirement for G8 was lifted early. We didn't get Taming (a skill) early, or G8 (a mainstream) early, but we did get a detail (a certain requirement) early.

It's still not obvious whether or not the caps were removed, like Tibarn said. You're the one who needs to lrn2read.

We will know saturday, when a large number of people will be free rebirthing and it would be discovered in minutes if it was gone, ill make sure i get to 10 exploration tomorow so i can test myself, though i doubt its removed we can hope?

The removal of the exploration cap repetition should come later, I believe somewhere in G10. (Was it S2? can't remember really)

Yeah, my guildie's comment just made me hope it came early in NA.
