I'm so glad I've never needed braces, they look so hard to clean/eat anything with.

It went well~ My mouth was too small for all the teeth that I had though so I had 6 teeth removed. I'm pleased with the results though, so it IS worth it even if it doesn't seem like it.

I'm so glad I've never needed braces, they look so hard to clean/eat anything with.

It was a ***** to clean and eat. Seriously even if you THINK you properly brushed and got them all clean you'd always miss something somehow...especially in the spots where there was no room between teeth and metal.

Indeed. I envy people who didn't need braces :( or have large enough mouths that they don't need to take out a bunch of teeth for their teeth to sit properly and straight in their mouth....

even though my lower incisors are angled from being pushed by wisdom teeth and I have a bit of an overbite (from subconsciously tongue thrusting apparently), I never had braces. When I smile you can only really see my top set of pearly whites anyway.

it's kind of annoying not being able to really bite down tho.

and power chains sound extreme yo.. I hope the pain will go away for you x.o

Braces do nothing, once you take them out and go through the next few steps, your teeth will go back to how they were within a few years.

The Loli has Invis-Align. The only bad thing about this is she has to brush her teeth after every meal before putting the trays back on... Even at school.

I had braces for 3 years.
I love the results.
though my incisors never fully grew for whatever reason, not that the braces had anything to do with it.

I had braces for 6 years so I could have enough space for the false teeth I have now. I'm glad I had braces, but it really sucked having to wear them for so long.

If you ever get a retainer after you're done with braces, just keep it on. All the time. Don't ever let up a single day with it. After a few months I put off wearing it for a while until I didn't wear it for around a month. Next time I tried to put it on, three of my bottom teeth started to slightly slant forward and it wouldn't fit in place D: (It's hardly noticeable unless you look close up, otherwise it still looks like my teeth are straight).

Well, now I just have to be really careful with how I chew my food and what I put in my mouth.

You wear your retainer, it stops them from moving.
Mine are prone to, not moving, so I rarely need to wear mine though.
