So it's 5:30 AM PST and PWR hasn't been reset at the announced time. My guess is they either forgot or they're going to do it at 11 AM, which is when they promised updates to our scales.

On another note, I might make an EXP/PWR chart for NA. I did the calculations earlier but realized the numbers only accounted for solo play, so I'll have to do more research. If it's anything like the Fatigue system the other servers have, you should be spending less PWR the more players you have in your party. And since EXP and reward value increase with difficulty, it's probably a safe bet to do full party runs on the highest difficulty possible to get the most EXP and loot out of your time and PWR. If you're soloing for whatever reason, stick with Normal or Hard, as they're more efficient for single player. Make sure to do commissions when you can, and don't avoid sidequests if you can stack them all to the same dungeon run.
