So... got defensive and color. Finally got the imp enchant for 350k! Total costs: 500k defensive, 30k color, 350k imp enchant: 880k.

My dustin? 1m+ in mats; 300+k in manual, +++++++++++++++++++++ useless crap and extra items = roughly 2.5m.

Color fails once. 23 dur. That's fine. Another fail. 23/23 dur. That's fine. The third one failed. 20 dur; that's fine. Next one succeeded (thank god).

Get more elite powders; here comes the big horrible enchant. First one fails. 19 dur; IT'S OKAY! Next enchant fails. HUGE FAILURE.

Honestly, it should be expected with enchants. It's way too hard to get a decent % success on most important scrolls.
Not like it's ever going to change, Nexon will just milk Enchant Protection Pots.

I feel lucky knowing I enchanted Union on my dustin with a 20% success rate, and it was already upgraded and had imp es on it to.

Only buy from high-level players (3, 4k+), or insist NX first.

I've used this method for buying and selling NX since I began the game years ago, and have yet to be scammed.

You can always just sell the armor as a burn to atleast make some of your money back.

You should just find a new armour and burn the one you have now.

Eh, well if you don't like the durability it is, then sell it as a burnable item. If you can't find any enchant burners to do it for you, then you'd be better off selling it and then buying a new one.
Was it the 7/5 Dustin or a regular Dustin armor? Because 7/5 sells for quite a lot, not sure about the durability it's at.

Sounds like you just don't know how to enchamt items properly. Also, with the amount of money you have, you should be enchanting different armor entirely so you can afford to fail.

Don't worry man, I've had a piece of clothing that got completely destroyed after trying to use a rank 9 enchant on it.

I was wearing this thing for over two years so I was pretty attached to it.

Go for the hard enchants first.

I did defensive first before doing imp. So if I failed on that I can trash because imp easier to enchant.
Wait for Thursday, maybe buy some ancient powder. Enchanting isn't always gonna work everytime.
I killed like 15 smithed battleswords trying to get shadow hunter.
