Basic Rebirth Cards

Hey guys, I was about to buy a card to rebirth and since I dont wanna change my looks I was going to buy a basic rebirth card but a friend told me that nexon changed it and now you dont get a free dye from basic rebirth cards and can only have basic looks and that if your character has premium looks, it changes to non premium looks? is that true? o.o

Unless it changed in the last 6 hours, no. I rebirthed using a basic card and got everything fine.

And ive done so multiple times in the past year.

If you use a basic card you'll keep premium looks and you will receive a free dye.

The part about your premium looks changing is NOT true, as long as you decide not to change your appearance your looks will stay as they are. But you can't get a free dye from basic rebirth. In fact, I don't think you ever were able to with a basic rebirth.

Your friend may have made the classic mistake of forgetting to change the location that you appear after rebirth (as in changed it from "last location" to "Iria/Tir". Nexon did change it a while ago so that last location is the default place, even if you're using a card.

I always buy a basic card if I can help it. Unless I need to change my looks for w/e reason. Like my previous rebirth where I had an affro that I thought would look good but screwed up all my hats :cry:

So I had to go with premium to change to my previous looks prior to the affro. You win some, you lose some.
