Well...the point of the poll isn't very much to see who express such an opinion. The point is to see the spectrum of unhappiness across different issues in the game.

Which in this case, people can vote anonymously but I didn't consider it carefully enough just now and ended up making a public poll.

The Server Lag/Instability is UNBEARABLE! it is the one thing i hate the most in this game. i can live with everything else.

I personally do not have a problem with bots and/or pay 2 win.

especially latter, since nexon would close this game w/o enough revenue so I never saw it as a problem in the first place. If people didn't want to spend their money on this game, then it has no value to nexon.

Think of the times when ore bots disappeared from dunby, how convenient was it that they disappeared just when you needed some gems for your weapon. Can't really live without bots.

Even the customer service I'm not upset about but only because I haven't needed to contact them yet, however improving customer service would be nice, just in case something does happen to me and for the sake of players.

Everything else doesn't really bother me. I'm completed fine with bots and hackers. :o

Everything, practically. I voted for nearly 3/4th of the list, all of the 1/4 at the top...Wee, bull's eye.

The customer service is okay, as they usually provide solutions, but it's the quality of the solutions which annoy me to no end, as most of the stuff they send me are broken links to solutions, and don't work.

It's mostly the server lag that gets me most of the time though. It's not as noticeable if you're new to the game, but as you get used to it...You begin to totally feel it.

I'm satisfied with the game the way it is when it has it's lagless moments and all, though. x]

What you posted simply states that you think nexon should not try to make any money, because, they can survive off of what they already have. Ignorance at its finest, I compared your statement saying that humans can also survive without limbs. Also, Free rb revenue < Cash rb revenue. It is obvious, simply look at the other poll, Cash rb takes 2nd place last time I checked, only losing to special edition pets, which only comes once every 2-3 month. So in the end, cash rb is one of the biggest revenue if not the most. Besides, i'd think nexon is already generous enough giving players 3 weeks free rb. You're simply demanding too much. Sure, in order to preserve customer satisfaction, it is only right for nexon to make some revenue sacrifices, but free weekly rb definitely won't be one of them.

To specify for other, the one thing I can honestly say I absolutely hate about Mabi are all the people who make threads like this. Sometimes it makes me wonder why I even come to the forums at all. In all honesty, I almost never have ANY problems in-game; the only time I even hear about there being problems is when I come to the forums. Maybe I should just stop checking in on the forums completely, all I ever see here are complainers, whiners, doomsday sayers, and a bunch of goddamn annoying people who sit around all day talking about how miserable this video game makes them.

Did you know that Guild Wars has much bigger server costs AND a much bigger playerbase, AND basically little grind at all, and manages to make major profits based on a 50 dollar initial sale? No microtransactions, no subs. 50 dollar box.

Mabinogi with GW's sales and progression model would be game of the year, all years, even if we have to plop down 20 bucks for each generation (though in terms of added content, each GW expansion is more like a Mabinogi chapter, so i'd say 5 bucks an expansion or something).

There is no excuse for Nexon nickel and diming the playerbase.

it is true that GW is amazing game with massive profit, but mabi still manage to make me choose it over GW, i have every expansion and beat the game. Which is one of the reason i dont really play anymore. Vanquishing gets boring after like 60 maps. Who knows, if GW2 is as promising as it looks, it's good bye to mabi for a while.
