Diapers aren't gonna pay for themselves.

But you don't keep the kid with the lab supplies.
It damages growth.

David and Tera Driggers, and Christa Wood were arrested at the intersection of Highway 87 and Bullard Street where Tera Driggers was originally pulled over for speeding.
All three were booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail.

Channel Three's Jaimee Lee is live at the jail with more on this story.

All three still locked inside the Santa Rosa County Jail, behind me.
They've been here since around 6 o'clock, Saturday night, after their arrests.

One person who isn't shocked after hearing the news of the Driggers' arrest, is their neighbor, John Green.

"It seems like everyone that rents that trailer...they're up to no good. They don't stay long, they move out and somebody else moves in."

The arrest report says the deputy who pulled Tera Driggers over noticed a bottle of Coleman camp fuel and a package of coffee filters on the floorboard.

Back-up was called and with permission, a search of the entire car revealed even more supplies.

All three adult passengers were arrested, two other passengers were not, the Driggers' children. The two young toddlers were also riding in the backseat, right next to all the "supplies".

As a father, and grandfather, hearing this part left John Green near speechless.

"I really can't say that out loud especially on camera but, the man needs to be took out and busted, whopped, whipped, whatever. That's garbage."

In a later interview, the report says the Driggers' and Wood told investigators they were really going to cook crystal meth.
