Nexon wouldn't do unscheduled update otherwise, and other servers are getting unscheduled updates to get rid of all mods as well.

But then when the first people who got banned realize this, then the others can remove pake and get off free. I am in for Banning of abuser, but I only hope that the innocent will get away safe and free, I dont really care about anything else except for the innocent.

They should just remove all gold from all players on Mabinogi (at least on Tarlach). We had a gold dupe, 5m checks this time. There are beginners running around with 80m they picked off the ground! All the people who worked hard for their money are considered broke with 20m, back when that used to be a large sum.

My general philosophy on rule breaking in all fashions (real life and otherwise) is this: if you don't involve yourself with the situation, you can't be roped into it. I.e, You can't be framed for drug possession if you've never been in a crack house (don't pick the idea apart, you get the idea)

Same with this, if you don't google "how do you dupe in Mabinogi" you can't possibly end up with the programs in your system to do so or allegedly be a duper for just talking about it.

Personally I think they just felt that since the event coupons were being duped to get dyes, it was actually hitting them where it hurt and made them take action sooner... just a guess...

A) They close the event
or
B)Take everything that can be gotten with NX, mostly just the dyes, replaced with something else.

It actually wasn't Pake that pushed it over the edge, a member from Martyr who quit recently posted a Duping-for-Dummies program called honey on Elite PVPers on thursday, and the economy also went kaboom on thursday. Basically now, any idiot who found the post could duplicate items with a single click.
