Banned Unjustly?

I had absolutely nothing 100K gold did nothing but train/level. And I got banned.

Banned also. Thought it was duped stones that I bought, but another person had the same stones I had and he wasn't banned...

I had 29k NX for mabi, man... I don't even know what to ticket Nexon :/

Is it a permanent ban, or is it just a temporary ban for a few whatever months, days, or whatever?

My character didn't get banned. So that's what they were doing with the long maintenance...

There was no time limit on it. Just said there was an appeal. If this is set and done I'm quitting.

Not true. Some of friends who have bought duped gold/stones have not been banned.

If you bought anything recently/sold anything there's a possibilty it was duped so nobodys innocent(except me because I never buy/sell anything)

Another thing with this ban I would like to point out however. Is I know of quite a few individuals who did dupe..and their running around in game right now. While others who did nothing are banned? It reminds me of the last mass ban..nexon throwing darts at a board of random accs

Well this isn't true. I have a few friends that only have duped gold.

It's possible that the people who duped took precautions, such as dupe on a disposable account, change their IP, etc. Nexon might not even have a way to detect dupers, but could perhaps detect duped items. It seems they went after people who had stockpiles of duped items and maybe gold as well.

I had 5 stacks of obviously duped Blue UGS' in the bank of my Alt prior to the rollback, rollback ate them obviously. But anyway, that account isn't banned luckily =/

This is horrible. @_@ I wasn't banned, but I know some people who duped and didn't get banned while some people who were very innocent got banned. Also, it seems as though all the events are broken as I'm no longer getting 5x exp or any letters.

I have heard two bits of news that has me slightly hopeful.

1) It might be a 3 day ban
2) It could be a problem with the login servers.

If it's any of the 2 above, I can tolerate that.

Ya know, somehow I had a feeling they would try to ban the dupers but I didn't think they had the guts to go through with it. As much as I'd like to say that Nexon is the most incompetent company I've ever been involved with, that sad title still goes to Titus Interactive. Wanna know why? Some of you might be wondering why I posted this here, but trust me it's somewhat indirectly relevant. I'd hate to admit this but I had the (un)fortunate pleasure of playing this sad excuse of a game during my youth. If you want to know why, just watch the first 5 minutes of this video and be amazed that the sheer stupidity this video displays.

Personally, I agree with Dejosa, I just wouldn't go and be a.. D*** about it. To those who were brought justice upon, too bad, you did wrong you faced the consequences.

If you were unjustly banned, then send a ticket to Nexon about it, quit, or start over. There are plenty of benefits to all 3 of those.

Sorry, but I still don't understand. I'm wondering if you understand what I was saying.

I was wondering if anyone else was banned. And If others were, we can at least come to a consensus of what is wrong.

Sending a ticket actually does something. They actually do look over the tickets, and at times they seem to have ignorant responses for the tickets, but most of the time it isn't a derp response from them.

No pain, no gain. Deal with it. Wait for the ticket responses, there's likely people who have done the same.

I can understand the banning of people who know they were taking advantage of duped stuff, but I think it's terrible how some people probably didn't even know things they were given or bought were duped. The rollback sure wouldn't have helped any new players who joined in that week either... DX
