Mailbox not working~

I get the "character does not exist" message thingy whenever i try to mail something. Ish actually said that it's a glitch certain people got but 100% of my guildys don't have it. Any way to fix this or blame nexon?

one of my giant mule is like that

whenever i send a mail, i get that message, but i know the char exists cuz i have some mails in my outbox thats sent to him

Hmm. I know the one in Tara wasn't working but I got Filia to work. I got Dunbarton to work, too...
I don't know what else to tell you. It still maybe be your mods. We may not be using the same ones. owo
