I just made some stir fry with whatever I found.

Peas, Carrots, Tofu, and Teriyaki sauce.

My ideal selection would be:

Baby Corn
Onion
Bamboo Shoots
Broccoli
Chicken
Pineapple

Put in the meat (or tofu ) to cook for about a minute, then throw in all the vegetables.
All stir fried together, in very high heat for a short time (maybe 2 minutes?).

At the last minute of stir frying, mix in the sauce. My personal favorite is garlic sauce.

Place on top of rice (brown is bester).

It tastes good, but I really wish I had more materials to work with. And tofu is okay, but chicken really is superior ._.

soft or firm tofu?

If I used soft it'd all break apart while frying. :<

If you have some money and wanna go super easy and like Chinese, I'm really fond of these things Wanchai Ferry has already pre-prepared, you just gotta cook it yourself. This one was my favorite: http://www.wanchaiferry.com/kung-pao-chicken.aspx

Tastes pretty much like Chinese fast food or a restaurant to me. Pretty good stuff.

It... looks pretty expensive though!

I can get stir fry made on the spot customized at a near by restaurant for 5 dollars anyways, if I wanted to go for it.

actually thinking about it
soft tofu is better when paired with another meat
you'll be able to appreciate the difference in texture
