So what's your food budget? Do you live and share with other people (family member's for example). What do you tend to buy/eat?
I get 120$ a month for food and other expenses. I get breakfast for free and I tend to skip dinner. I mostly eat with friends in restaurants (fast food, chinese, jamaican, etc.) so I don't have much food in the fridge. My cousin's buy their own ingredients, so we cook dinner sometimes xD, but we don't see each other most of the time since we're always out. I always make breakfast since I wake up the earliest.
Still live with my family, so I just eat whatever my mom decides to buy and whatever my brother actually leaves for the rest of us...

I live with my cousins since it's closer to my school than my house. Also, FREEDOM. I just wish that our apartment wasn't so small that I hear things when they bring girls over.

I think we get $250 a month on food stamps? I don't remember if it's dropped or not since I'm almost 18, but yeah. Somethin' around that number.
It goes by surprisingly quickly, though, even though we only buy what we really need.

Mostly cook with whatever parents buy, and when needed i'll buy my own stuff. Don't really have a budget for that. For stuff like buying lunches when I'm lazy I usually spend under 40$ per month.
About... $150 biweekly spent in terms of food groceries, if all the recent receipts are added correctly.
Nearly $40 of that is spent on alcohol, tea, coffee, and supplements.

200$ on food stamps
We waste 100 every two weeks I'm not sure when it gets refilled though.
And my mom isn't the best grocery shopper, for example she bought salami, ham and cheese to make a sandwich with and guess what she forgot...The bread.
She does stuff like this a lot.

I still live with the family, but I'd guess that I'd probably forget to even buy food once I'm living by myself/out of the house.

Approximately 100~150 dollars a month.
I'm thinking of applying for food stamps because 100~150 a month is not enough for a normal person to be surviving off.

Sadly the increase for 1 person is only around $200 a month, though it may be less since my Mom and I = 2 people and we only get $250, despite many sites saying we're meant to get $300-$350.

I don't know my food budget because as the main economical contributor my mom is mostly doing the shopping, I'm just doing the small stuff when something we need ran out or something like that.
I eat breakfast and lunch at work anyway, so there's not much that has to be spent for my food.
I still live my parents, so they do the cooking most of the time, unless they're busy at work. It's still about $120 a month though when I do the shopping.

When my family was pulling in FS, it was $500 a month for 4 people. So, you're around what you should be getting. It sucks, though. I really wish it was more, because when we had them we were hardly making it.
I spend around $100 on food for myself each month. I still live with my mom, so I get whatever she buys.

I spend about 40~50 dollars a week on my food. My step mom *****es if I eat anything that I didn't buy at home so yea.

I would rather use the money I have on Christmas gifts. I don't eat that often when I'm in school, I've said this before but everyone seems to think I'm joking.
