MC server plugin recommendations

Feel free to post recommendations, I won't do so until I've tried the server(Dunno if there is a thread for this already.)

Also, I saw a video of the MN server, why are there giant diamond mines? if you're gonna do that, why not just let everyone have TMI? (too many items)
Besides that, I intend on building a colossal town out of stone bricks, so if TMI is allowed, message me:bath:

Even I don't log in daily, probably gonna close it by next invoice due date if it's so dead.
