Slowly, but surely?
I guess I come to you guys with all my little secrets. haha
But I've been dating that guy I went on that first date with for two weeks now. I'd say we're doing pretty damn awesome. Just been getting to know each other and going on cute dates and whatnot.
We're always hanging out at night, since I get out so late and he does too, so we go on these little night adventures. He always holds my hand and it makes me feel good.
I think I'm falling for him.
He showed me a letter he wrote to me the other day. He wasn't going to at first, since it was one of those letters you write knowing that you're not gonna give it to the other person. But I begged and so he showed me. And oh man, I read it and it just hit a deep spot inside of me.
"I'm blown away" was how he began the letter, in reference to myself. I couldn't stop smiling when I read that.
He makes me feel good. I feel like I can be really honest with him and he'll just listen, and vice-versa. And he's really creative and different. I went to his place the other day and he had a bunch of inspirational quotes written on post-its on his dresser.
His explanation? "I just need to remind myself that things aren't as bad as they seem sometimes, that things can always get better."
