Only rA. Gonna work on it when I can.

I love the skill too. In hardmode, it has about a good 85-90% success rate on common mobs. Obviously having issues with the bosses.

Definitely do it!

AM increases the duration of the freezing. Oh and if you haven't yet, equip a Wind/Water Cylinder when using Frozen Blast. It adds 1 second to your freezing time by default. I'd go for Wind Cylinders since you can actually upgrade them later for more Frozen Blast time.

Aggro happens right when you attempt freezing them (only the target) regardless of a successful freeze or not and aggro does not reset after it defrosts. The luxury as an elf is that Frozen Blast does not count as an "attack" so elves can hide right out of Frozen Blast resetting aggro.

And no, every monster in the area of effect have the same chance.
