Another day at work and a friend asked me why the hell do I look so tired, which I always do. After giving him my answer to him, he said I should go get some coffee at Starbucks. I was like "I can't stand the smell or taste of coffee. I'm a tea person." Then he starting talking about coffee was like the greatest thing in the world for like 5 minutes.

Then I thought about the F&C section of nation, (Lolwut?) and curious about you guys n gals.

Coffee or tea? Or both possibly?

Depends on the kinnnnnd.

Personally I'm not a fan of hot drinks. Ice Tea and Ice Coffee for me.

But man, the smell of coffee is like a smellgasm to me.

As sexy as coffee is, it's not good for you long-term (or your teeth), and I can't really drink it anyways due to money issues + my lovely stomach.

But tea is always there for meee.

Coffee isn't that expensive ._.

And I read so much research on how coffee is good for you long term. Though yeah, its pretty well known that it stains your teeth quite a bit.

When you're poor as f*ck it is, lol. And My Mom goes through it fast as she gets really bad headaches if she doesn't have her caffeine at-least a cup per day. Though she tends to have a lot more as a student who can't afford the healthy alternative.

I normally only like coffee if it's like...the kind you can get at Starbucks or something. It'll probably have an over complicated name and I will have no idea whats in it but it's more like a desert than coffee LOL ;;

I really love tea though =D there's a lot of tea shops around where I live that sell super delicious flavors, mainly a lot of flavors I didn't even know existed. Probably cause I'm always just drinking green tea.

Iced or hot is fine, but since I'm in florida iced is probably more year round

Tea because my dad and mom has so much types of tea leaves and whatnot in the kitchen cupboards and other places. Every morning, something might be new. Tea makes me so warm inside every cold morning. @_@

I don't really like the taste of coffee. Organic is uweh. ;;

Coffee is bland, and I really only would drink coffee if it's highly sweetened, by sugar or some odd concoction of flavors.

Tea is worlds better for me, and not just because it's healthier and more versatile in flavor. It wakes me up and calms me down at the same.

I had coffee made with beans from South America, Europe, and Oriental Asia.

What could I be missing?

I have to choose coffee over tea, it "works better" and well, it smells nicer.
And my parent forces me to drink many different bitter tea because "it's good for your body" D:

Tea, and very rarely. I mostly drink only water.
Never finished a whole cup of coffee in my life, and even then those partially finished cups only occured 3 or 4 times.
It's not that I don't like it, I love coffee flavored stuff like pastries and ice cream, but psychologically I hate coffee. I see how addicted people get to it.I know some people who drink it like water all day long. It's not even to use to caffeine to wake up anymore it's just all they drink.I don't want to become like that D:

Tea, I just like tea better for some reason and even though coffee smells nice and all, I just like tea.

Tea. While I appreciate a nicely made coffee, the jars of different teas in my cabinets demand my attention more than the preground coffee in the fridge...

I like both, but I prefer tea. I love the smell of coffee, but the aftertaste leaves me miserable. The last time I had coffee was a couple months ago, and before that a couple years. So I stick to tea. Plus, it's better for you anyway c:

I prefer tea (like Arizona green tea) http://www.laymark.com/l/m/m109.gif over coffee (like starbucks) The mocha frappacino is very tempting but keeps me up at night and ruins my sleeping schedule http://www.laymark.com/l/m/m002.gif

I would prefer tea, iced tea that that is. Coffee is fine too, but what would coffee and tea taste like if you mixed them up together? Would the coffee taste be more dominant, or the opposite?

When I was in the US last month for a holiday, I basically had 2-3 cups of coffee EVERYDAY, there's so much variety in the US :P Found out the hard way that Flat Whites are an Australian coffee. :(
yeah I went into starbucks and asked for a flat white lol

Tea.

I'm not exactly knowledgeable of the kinds of tea, since I only ever drink, like, "Iced Tea" from restaurants or something.

But I don't like sweet tea. xD
Unless it's like Green Tea. :p

Coffee... not really.
I mean, I'd probably drink it if I wanted to, because it's not like I don't like it, it's just...
Hot drinks are usually too hot for me. xD

Plus it's like cream and sugar all the way. :U

I hate coffee. If I have coffee it has to be buried under so much stuff that the end result is only like, .5% coffee. Otherwise I won't drink it. I don't like warm tea very much either. I like ice cold sweet tea though..

I love tea! My favourite is Vanilla Chai, and I add some Soy Milk and two packs of splenda. Then for a little fun I add some whipped cream.
But I never thought Id be a coffee drinker, but the tolls of college have made me occasionally drink coffee. But my mom is a huge coffee drinker and she said how she almost feels addicted to it...so I guess I'm too freaked out to drink to much coffee because I don't want to depend on it.

I don't think I like either, but I love every other variant. I absolutely love ice cappuccinos, iced tea and bubble tea.
