The other day that I'd try to eat healthy from now on, even while my metabolism is taking care of things right now, I WANT TO DEVELOP GOOD HABITS FOR THE FUTURE AND ALL THAT OTHER STUFF.

Coincidentally JennaMarbles came out with this video today and it is completely true.

Watched her from the start and still love her videos.

And this is all so true~ Except the part about a salad balancing it out. I've never done that even once ._.

In case you're wondering, I make cupcakes appear out of thin air and into the hands of the weak-willed dieters.

I ate only super healthy stuff for years, but I couldn't gain weight if I wanted to, so I figure... fuck it.

I'm waiting until my metabolism can't sustain it. I mean, we gotta live life, right? Have all the fun eating the junk while you can. Only live once!

Trying to gain weight is a fucking bitch. Even when taking medication to help with my hunger, I still gain little to nothing regardless of how much I eat and what I eat.

I'd rather be a little tubby and trying to lose weight than thin as shit and having to gain it. Lawd have mercy.

Diets tend to suck regardless of whether you want to lose or gain weight, though. But as long as you eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle, there isn't much you can do if nothing changes.

I had great metabolism for a long time. Up until I was like 18 or so, I was very light and thin. As I got older, though, it started to go away. I think I can be doing more than I am to speed it up and will be working on it as well as eating healthier as time goes on... but it's inevitable that as you get older, your metabolism will never be as good as it could've been when you were younger ;__;

Oh, there's also this. I feel really bad for the people in those situations :l I knew this girl who was overweight and basically starved herself+exercised regularly and due to some sort of body issue, was unable to ever be skinny. And the worst part of it all is that if she didn't starve herself or live that miserable life, she'd become morbidly obese very rapidly.

I'm a vegetarian, NICE TRY THOUGH SIR.

I do exercise, this is mainly just starting healthy eating habits early so I'll be better off when I'm older D:

I used to eat whenever I wanted and it was usually junk food, ALL THE SUGAR, plus I have celiac disease (which I think is a main difference between me and other people) so it's really important I start eating healthier for long term rather than a matter of weight ;; LOL

sugar cravings just making this a less than pleasant transition haha T__T

eeeeeee I MISS NUTELLA I'M GOING TO DIE

I don't think I have either xD; and I really her videos still too, although I usually only watch the ones with topics that interest me.

Normally that's most of her videos anyways =D

@Milk PLEASE COOK FOR ME, YOORAH SAID HE COULD COOK BUT HIS IDEA OF COOKING IS USING A TOASTER OVEN. LOL T__T

@Cynic That sounds like my mom, while growing up they could never keep weight on her ;; I think it had to do with thyroid problems? I have no idea, I could be wayyy off D=

AND SHOO ZID SHOO

YOU SHALL NOT TEMPT ME .../sob

Lay down an entire day. Sit on the computer, no exercise. Eat cake.

Seeing as I'm stuck at home in a chair 85% of the day, eat a ton of sweets + microwave food and haven't had proper exercise in almost 2 years and yet am still only 95lb.. yeah, I'd say that doesn't help. lol.

My metabolism is just too fast. My Mom had the same problem; she was skin and bones up until she was 37. (though she did gain a bit more of a healthy weight around age 32)

Do you eat before you sleep? Try that :D eating a large meal before you sleep. That or gain muscle mass.

Try eating fetuses, they have good protein and low in fat.
