On par with the agreement between me and Itchy, I had to take down my moving announcement, but I demoted all my staff since they no longer work for him. He banned some of the staff for whatever reason, but has allowed me to keep access; which is needed as I need it in order to compensate people's things. But I have no part there any longer. Still, I love you all for your help and support, you guys are too great.

I see what you mean Fal. I disagree with how Itchy operates as well. I just kinda go along with that "Golden Rule" thing, so it just bugs me a little how people have gone about advertising the move. Advertising the move I have absolutely no problem with. Just a little bit of how it was done. That's really all I was trying to get at. :/
But I am really pleased with the move and how it has gone. You and the staff members have done a wonderfully fantastic job, and I am happy to (sorta) know you all. :)

This isn't the first time I've seen a site falling to bits like this.


On a previous forum, a chain my-site owner has decided to leave the site to itself while leaving loads of advertisment and crap on the front page. Anyway, one of the moderators realized that not only the site is linked with advertisment, the site is also hosted with multiple webs on the same server... Filled with hentai and pornography. Through much investigation, not only it explains why the site has been blacklisted on particular proxies, it shows how much did the original site owner cared about the site in the first place.

We pushed on, attacked the site with ads about moving onto our own forums, which the main site owner suddenly appears and banned every single one of the moderators available... Except the ones that had been inactive during that point of time. He closed down two forum sections to stop the spam, and claimed that everything is alright. Even so, the forum users continued the push and got about 70% of the forum population moving on it's way.

That wasn't the end of it, he started virtually attacking the new website with loads of proxies and attempted to land the new forums in a jam. Took our updated wikipedia and acted as if it's his own. (Without editing it at all, the watermark was there all the time) Eventually, he sold the old site to some kid who've realized that the site is currently worthless without it's player base. That kid was furious, he was pissed that all he've gotten is a worthless site with about perhaps 300++ members left.

So what did he do?

He called, prank called, the new forum site owner multiples of times. Attacked the forums with pornography. And apparently, even attempted to stalk him about from time to time. But I guess even he got bored of what he coulden't do and stopped, apparently whatever news I've heard about him as almost practically faded away.
