G16 Shakespeare is OP

-Shakespeare now has Rank 1 in all magic and alchemy skills in addition to combat and life skills from the previous RP.
-Shakespeare has an Avon Shield and Shakespeare's Quill Sword equipped in his primary weapon slot and a Tidalwave Cylinder in his secondary weapon slot.
-Shakespeare's Quill Sword, in addition to being a sword, also acts like a wand/staff. Equipping it allows Shakespeare to cast all magic skills except Party Healing and to run with Meditation activated.

Well, the assumption is that we have not obtained the knowledge that Shakespeare has throughout all of his years of rebirthing and whatnot.

So while he has discovered the skill caps, we haven't yet. He just hasn't shared that information with the rest of Erinn, since he's been busy doing other things (i.e. running away from the Goddess), haha.
