You can put in applications to most franchise stores online, and if you get called in for an interview, you're going to have to have your mom take you, since you said you don't have a licence to drive. And that way, the house will be locked for sure. And of course, there's even the old fashion way of asking your mom to take you out so you can put in applications. If your mom really wants you to get a job, and you tell her that you want to go out to look for a job, I highly doubt she'll object to you leaving the house.
