Thunderstorms

Up where I am, I've got thunderstorm warnings, and some tornado warnings, too. I like thunderstorms, but when tornados are mentioned, i get a little less enthusiastic. Lost power in school today, and the winds are getting bad. Getting off my computer now to save it from getting fried. So, do you guys like thunderstorms? :p

Hit me last night. Power flickered quite a few times before I went to bed, then I guess I slept through all the bad stuff.

All of my good equipment is connected to a circuit with a UPS unit protecting it so that the thunderstorms don't nuke it on me.

For me it's kind of a love-hate thing with thunderstorms. I admire them because of their natural fury and power, but knowing what I do about electricity and building repair I also am always concerned when I see a thunderstorm at the damage it is capable of causing.
