We are now continuing to accept applications for anyone who wishes to try out on becoming a part of our staff. The app questions are just about the same, and if you have already sent one to Zephyri in the past, you need not send it again.

The deadline will be coming quickly, but I wanted to give anyone who feels they are up to it the chance.

In specific, we are looking for a new moderators for the Mabination Community, Vindictus, and Mabinogi sections. Just as well, we are going to be appointing a new Super Moderator. If there is anything you wanted to add to your application, wanted to let me know something, or wanted to re-do your application, that is acceptable. I don't understand how this would be epeen.
Most people have a moderate grasp on everyone's personalities now. If you knew someone would wave around their epeen if they got the job, you wouldn't vote for them, and the admins and current mods wouldn't pick them.

Because most moderator contests are usually to show off. There is also a thing of popular demand for even the most idiotic of the groups. I've seen it happen before, it ends up wasting everyone's time and is just a troll attempt. Though, it's even less of an e-peen contest here, because rather than popular demand, it's based on the admin/moderator decision.

Even then, watch the electee's start rubbing their epeens when they get elected.

A moderator/staff is pretty much a normal member, with the added job of upkeeping the forum. Staff/moderators on forums that feel all holier-than-thou are just compensating for lack of self-confidence by flaunting their staff privileges.
